2. Service Agreement
By accepting a proposal or quote, clients agree to engage in a service agreement with Digital Epic Studio. All work and deliverables will be defined in a specific service contract, outlining project scope, timelines, pricing, and payment terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to their project. This includes access to any content, logos, branding, and intellectual property required for the completion of the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as per the payment schedule mentioned in the service agreement. Digital Epic Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made in a timely manner. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Digital Epic Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.
6. Confidentiality
Digital Epic Studio agrees to keep client information confidential. This includes business operations, data, and any sensitive material shared during the course of the project. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s consent unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Epic Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided. We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee specific results from the services rendered, especially in areas like digital marketing or app performance.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. In case of termination, the client will be liable to pay for any work completed up to the point of termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fontana, California. By accepting these terms, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state of California.
10. Changes to Terms
Digital Epic Studio reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
